The Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare presents Canon Inc. with a letter of thanks for its donation to victims of hurricane Katrina in the U.S.A.

Canon Inc. received a letter of thanks from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare on September 4th, 2006. The letter was presented in recognition of a donation of five million yen Canon Inc. made through the Japanese Red Cross Society to help victims of hurricane Katrina, which struck the U.S. in August 2005.
