Aid to Myanmar Cyclone Disaster Area
The Canon Group provided aid totaling 10 million yen for relief activities for the victims of the cyclone that hit Myanmar recently.
Manager Sawada of the Canon Social and Cultural Program Division, on behalf of the Canon Group in Japan, presented a catalogue of the donation to the Japanese Red Cross Society on May 20, 2008.
The Canon Asia Marketing Group donated a total of US$10,000 (approximately 1 million yen) to the Singapore Red Cross.
