Good morning. The town at morn.

Good morning. The same old cheerful voices echo through the streets.
The sparrows on the power lines bid welcome to the day.
The children's satchels rattle with laughter.
From the croquette place wafts a delicious aroma.
An early-rising shopper on his way back from radio gymnastics.
Better hurry up, Black Cat, or I'll leave you behind.
The same old faces, the same old friends, the same old town at morn.

The Station: From Town to Neighborhood, Neighborhood to Town

Shall I go shopping in town today, or leisurely play the tourist?
What fun it would be to take the train to Hagi and ride the red bus around seeing the sights! Or I could ride my bike and feel the wind on my face. At the train station where people come and go, the tracks running off endlessly into the distance take my heart with them.
Let's buy a tea and some munchies at the kiosk and take a short trip to the next town.
  Swaying on the chugging train.

Café on Station Street

The weather's been warming up lately. The blossoms are already blooming in more distant parts, and cherry blossom season will soon be here too.
In town, spring is in the air. The people are dressed brightly, and the girls on the street are bubbling with life.
I found a really nice place the other day, by the way - a café that serves an excellent caffé latte. The walls are painted a relaxing green, and the owner is a really friendly guy.
Why not have a tea on the outdoor terrace and watch the people on the street? I'm sure you'll like the place.
Won't you come out to meet me sometimes? We can catch up on each other's news. There's lots I want to tell you…Look forward to hearing from you.
  Bye for now!

Over the next year, why not enjoy strolling through the byways of my town, just like you were on a trip?
