Yosuke Harada selected as Prize winner for 2012
A meeting, which was open to the public, of the selection committee that decides the Grand Prize winner of New Cosmos Photography 2012 (the 35th competition) was held at a hall located on the first floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography on Friday, November 9, 2012. Yosuke Harada was selected as Excellence Award winner from among 1,325 entrants, and the five Excellence Award finalists were Shingo Kakita, Yohei Kichiraku, Robin Haseba, Yuki Hamanaka, and Yosuke Harada.
At the selection committee meeting, after presentations by all of the candidates, and questions and answers with the judges, the meeting to a decide the winners was held in a separate room, and Yosuke Harada was selected as the Grand Prize winner.
