Asako Shimizu holds an exhibition titled “On her skin” at Wada Garou

Asako Shimizu, Excellence Award winner of New Cosmos of Photography 2006 (the 29th competition), is holding a photo exhibition titled “On her skin” at Wada Garou in Yaesu, Tokyo. “On her skin” is Shimizu’s Excellence Award winning work. Taking the win as an opportunity to go freelance, Shimizu is making a point with this long-awaited exhibition of returning to her starting point and is displaying “On her skin.” With the simple message of “The earth exists, and I exist,” we think you will enjoy the fantasy world she has created.
