Seiji Kumagai holds a photo exhibition titled "God/seen when I was born"
New Cosmos of Photography 1994 (the 3rd competition) Grand Prize award winner Seiji Kumagai was born and raised in Hokkaido, where he created these white works in two parts which could be called self-portraits, and presented them at the Nadar Gallery in Osaka.
Please come and check out these photos of icy landscapes that depict the transience of nature, and express this delicate world of whiteness as if time was spinning slowly in its own unique way.
