Sohei Nishino participates in “Dialogue with the City,” a group exhibition held in Yokohama and Kobe
Sohei Nishino, an Excellence Award winner 2005 (28th competition), is taking part in the group exhibition “Dialogue with the City” held in two cities: Yokohama and Kobe. The themes of this exhibition cover issues such as city and cityscape, living creatures including human beings in a city, and the earth and environment as a broader framework. In this exhibition, the works of contemporary artists who are attempting to deal with these themes in their expressions present questions to viewers, such as how we should live in the city, or how culture and art should be in the city in the future, while encouraging them to have a “Dialogue with the City.” Nishino shows his new work “Diorama Map–New York” in this exhibition. We hope that you will take the opportunity to attend this exhibition.
