Toshifumi Tafuku releases his first photo book - “SAYONARA Real-World”

Toshifumi Tafuku, an Excellence Award winner of New Cosmos of Photography 2007 (the 30th competition) has released his first photo book, which is titled “SAYONARA Real-World.” For this book, he reconstructed the contents of his award winning work titled “SAYONARA Real-World” (154 color ink-jet prints, A3 size, art binding), changing the format to A4 size. At the excellence award selection meeting of New Cosmos of Photography 2007, guest judge Koo Bohnchang remarked, “Things like the composition of the book and the layout of each double-page spread are very good. His utilization and combination of colors is very successful, and I was impressed by his keen eye. The book contains plenty of photographs, and you feel a powerful energy as you flick through it.” Finally, in this photo book, Tafuku has elevated the perfection of the work that won the highest praise from the judge.
