How to make reservations for the Grand Prize Selection Open-committee Meeting and talk session with selection judges
- Seats can only be reserved by sending a reply mail postcard. We do not accept telephone requests or emails.
- Applications for reservations are accepted from 1st of November. Seats will be given on first come first served basis according to the date of the postmark. The seating capacity is 150 for each event. Postcards with postmarks dated before 1st of November will be disqualified.
- Each postcard can reserve seats for up to two persons. In the case of two persons, please also write the name of the second guest
- Information to be given on the card to be retained by us: your name, telephone number, address, and email address. (In the case of two persons, please also write the name of the second guest.) The corresponding number indicating which of the events below you wish to attend (i.e.: 1 only, 2 only, or both 1 & 2).
- Information to be given on the front face of the reply card: The address and the name to which the reply card should be sent.

- Send the reply postcard to Canon, Inc. Cultural Program Operations Dept.
(3-30-2 Shimomaruko, Ota-ku, Tokyo 146-8501) - The result of your application will be sent to the name and address on the card.
- An admission ticket will be given in exchange for the reply card at the venue, so do not forget to bring the card with you.
