How to make reservations for the Grand Prize selection open committee meeting and talk session with guest judges

While The New Cosmos of Photography Tokyo Exhibition 2008 is taking place, on Friday, November 28, the Grand Prize selection open committee meeting will include a talk session with this year’s guest judges Mr. Katsumi Omori and Ms. NOGUCHI RIKA. Details about reservations are given below. If you would like to attend, please make advanced reservations.

Date	: Friday, November 28 13:30-14:45
Venue	: Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography 1F Hall
Capacity	: 150 for each event on a first-come-first-served basis
Admission	: Free
How to make a reservation	: Please send a reply postcard (ohfuku hagaki). No applications are accepted by phone or through the website. Send a reply postcard with your name and corresponding number indicating which of the above events you wish to attend on the outgoing card, and with your name and address on the reply card. Reservation period	: Reservations are accepted from today until the seating capacity is reached. (When the capacity is reached, this will be informed on the New Cosmos of Photography website.)
Number of reservations	: Each postcard can reserve seats for up to two persons. (For two persons, write the name of the accompanying person.)
Notification	: Reservations will be notified by reply card. (Unsuccessful applicants will also be informed.) Bring the postcard with the Reservation Notification on the day, and show it at the entrance.
