How to make a reservation to attend the Grand Prize selection open committee meeting
The Grand Prize selection open committee meeting will take place on Friday, November 9 during The New Cosmos of Photography Tokyo Exhibition 2012. Details of reservations are given below. If you would like to attend, please make an advanced reservation.

After the open committee meeting, held from 17:45, there will be an award presentation ceremony, at which the Honorable Mention, Excellence award, and Grand Prize winners will be announced.

| How to make a reservation | :
Please send a reply postcard (ohfuku hagaki). Send the reply postcard with your name indicating you wish to attend the Grand Prize selection open committee meeting on the outgoing card, and writing your name and address on the reply card. (For details on how personal information is handled, visit the New Cosmos of Photography website.) |
| Reservation period | : Reservations are being accepted from today until the seating capacity is reached. (When the capacity is reached, this will be informed on the New Cosmos of Photography website.) |
| Number of reservations | : Each postcard can be used to reserve seats for up to two persons. (In the case of two persons, write the name of the accompanying person.) |

Reservations will be notified using the reply card. (Unsuccessful applicants will also be informed.) Bring the postcard with the Reservation Notification on the day of the meeting, and show it at the entrance. |
