In Stage 4, the Tsuzuri Project created and donated a total of six high resolution facsimiles of precious Japanese artifacts to their original owners where they are to be displayed and used for educational purposes. The works in this stage include two folding screens that were no longer viewable in Japan because they were taken abroad: Dragons and Clouds by Tawaraya Sotatsu and Folding Screens of Edo Customs by Hishikawa Moronobu, both owned by the Freer Gallery of Art; and three other works, all considered national treasures, and one subset of a collection of screens: Pine Trees in Snow by Maruyama Okyo, owned by the Mitsui Memorial Museum; The Wind and Thunder Gods by Tawayara Sotatsu, owned by Kenninji Temple; Portrait of Fujiwara no Mitsuyoshi, One of Three Portraits of the Jingoji Temple attributed to Fujiwara no Takanobu, owned by Jingoji Temple; and 12 panels of The Wall and Screen Painting of Hojo hall of Kenninji, a subset of a collection of important cultural properties by Kaiho Yusho, owned by Kenninji Temple.
